Can I control the margin on what I sell?
Admins have control over what the final price shown to your customers and can change this margin whenever they choose.
Can I create my own offers?
Admins can create bespoke offers, sales and itineraries that are unique to their brand, from the admin panel of their website.
Are there any pre-loaded or default offers on the website?
There are 50 offers on every website by default. These offers are renewed everyday to keep your website fresh. You can delete offers you don’t want to advertise on your website.
Can my clients pay online on my website?
Your clients can checkout via our 3D secure online checkout. A 2% fee is deducted from the margin of the booking and a 3% if American Express.
Do I need to add my own SSL certificate?
No. All websites are provided with a SSL certificate free of charge.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, you can use your own domain for the whitelabel website
Are the bookings ATOL / ABTA / IATA protected?
All bookings are protected by Major Travel PLC
Can I change the website?
Yes, you are able to personalize and make basic customization to your website such as your logo, description text, background images and contact info. However, any changes beyond this are limited.
Is there a free trial? How much does it cost?
There is a 14 day free trial, thereafter the subscription fee is £50 / month.
Can I manage my bookings via my website?
Our booking system provides you, the business owner, complete transparency over the quotes and bookings that occur on your website. All details of your customer’s bookings are kept on your admin panel for you to access.
If I am registered with Major Travel, can I still use this website?
All bookings made on your whitelabel website, will reflect on your Major Travel account. These bookings can be seen on your Major4Agents online booking system. All bookings made will be reported to your head office at the end of the month.
Can I connect my social media accounts to the whitelabel website?
You can connect any social media profile to your whitelabel website.
Can I upload my own blogs and travel guides to the website?
Each website has its own blog section where admins can upload image, video and text content and publish to their website.
Can I add my own marketing tools? Which ones?
You can copy and paste the snippets of third party marketing tools. Currently, we support Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and Hotjar
Can I add a call back function to my website?
We have partnered up with a call back function company called ResponseIQ where you can register on their website and copy and paste your code snippet into your whitelabel website.
Can I add a chat pop up widget?
We have partnered up with a free chat service called tawk.to. You can copy and paste your chat widget snippet into your whitelabel website and offer a chat service to your clients.
